Around 11am on January 18, Stations 9 (Mardela), 5 (Hebron), and 14 (Sharptown) were alerted for a building fire at the corner of Main St. and Bridge St in Mardela. Firefighters arrived on scene to find fire coming from the building. Engine Tanker 1402 and Engine 1404 both responded to assist.  A draft was setup at the boat ramp in Mardela. Additional crews were called in from Delmar and Linkwood. Blades was called for a cover-up in Sharptown and was called to the scene to assist. Crews were on scene for appoximately 3 hours. Just before 7PM on March 13, Wicomico Central alerted Station 14 Sharptown for a overturned tractor trailer on the Sharptown Bypass in the area of Main St. Firefighters arrived on scene to find a feed truck on its side. Crews from Amick came to remove the feed from the trailer and the road, along with crew's from Carey's Towing to upright the truck. Crews were on scene until approximately 10PM.
