Offers being accepted for Brush 14 1999 Ford F350 Superduty

On January 29th, just after 5:30AM, Wicomico Central alerted Sharptown Fire Dept. to stand by at Station 12 Westside. While enroute we were requested to come in to the scene for water and manpower. While on scene we provided water and our firefighters assisted firefighters from Westside, Hebron, Salisbury, Mardela, and Delmar with suppresion and overhaul.   [singlepic id=150 w=320 h=240 float=center]

On August 9th, while Station 71 Blades was standing by for the Carnival, a severe thunder and lighting storm came through the area. Laurel, Sharptown and Delmar Fire Departments were alerted for a house fire on Shockley Rd. Captain T. Bowden arrived on scene with Utility 14 and advised heavy smoke coming from the house.  Both occupants were out of the house when firefighters arrived. Firefighters put two hand-lines in service from Engine Tanker 71 and put a supply line out to the main road. Units were on scene for just over an hour.
